With his inborn nature of wanting to know other people, his every interaction has been purposeful and with a belief that every interaction generates a positive experience, his growth from an Amtrex sales person in Jaipur, India to the Sales Manager in Genetco, Oman, a leading business house helping it develop both vertically and horizontally by adding new brands and activities and developed a very strong infrastructure including, ERP systems, policies and procedures, and proper training programs to ensure top quality of its operations and services.

As a young entrepreneur, recognizing the importance of the emerging IT field in Oman, took advantage of the vacuum and established Oriental Oryx International, and entered the high-technology sector by introducing the latest hardware and being the pioneer in introducing the CAD/CAM software like Bentley and Autodesk in the Oman market.
To make the clients feel confident that their assets are safe, and business is supported by reliable, secure and expandable hardware and software, established Aptus Infotech to provide full security packages to make the change from reacting to problems and move toward a standards based configuration by providing surveillance to see what’s going on and resolve issues before they actually turn into problems.
Right through his career he has been a people manager, a trait he believes in – as people are not machines, they are complicated, emotionally unstable and a good manager need to overcome all the pitfalls that may appear in order to maintain the team stability and a valuable equilibrium between their lives, personalities and performance.
