Oman: Al Seeb awards $200mn main contract for The Chedi Private Residences project

Oman’s Al Seeb Real Estate Development has awarded the main construction contract for the $200 mn The Chedi Private Residences project, marking a significant milestone for the luxury waterfront development in Muscat. The project forms part of the wider expansion of the prestigious The Chedi hospitality brand into the branded residences sector.

The development will comprise a collection of high-end branded residences designed to offer premium waterfront living, supported by hospitality-inspired amenities and services synonymous with The Chedi brand.
