What motivated your organisation to participate in ODBW 2025?
Our participation in Oman Design & Build Week 2025 was driven by the event’s strong positioning as Oman’s leading real estate platform for the built environment, development and construction sectors. The exhibition also aligns closely with our strategic focus on Oman’s growing real estate development market.ODBW provided an ideal opportunity to strengthen our brand presence, engage directly with decision-makers, investors, consultants, developers, and contractors, and showcase our real estate and business solutions to a highly targeted and professional audience within a single, well-curated platform.

How would you describe your overall experience as an exhibitor at the event?
Our overall experience at ODBW 2025 was very positive and commercially valuable. The quality of visitors was strong, with meaningful engagement from senior industry professionals rather than purely footfall-driven traffic. The event was well-organised, professionally managed, and supported by strong marketing and conference programming, which helped drive relevant discussions at our stand.

Was this your first time exhibiting at ODBW, or have you participated before? If so, what differences did you notice this year?
We have participated before in previous years with the key differences being the increased flow of visitors, how impressive the projects on display are becoming each year and meeting new clients each year.

What key trends or innovations in the downstream sector did you observe during ODBW?
Design-led development – A strong emphasis on architecture, placemaking, and experiential design rather than purely functional construction.
Sustainability and efficiency – Increased focus on energy-efficient systems, sustainable materials, lifecycle cost optimisation, and ESG-aligned solutions.
Integrated project delivery – Growing interest in turnkey, EPC, and design–build approaches to reduce risk and improve execution timelines.
Digitalisation – Wider adoption of BIM, smart building technologies, and digital project management tools across the downstream sector.
Hospitality & mixed-use growth – Strong interest in hospitality, wellness, tourism-led, and mixed-use developments aligned with Oman Vision 2040

What motivated your organisation to participate in OREX 2026?
Our decision to participate in Oman Real Estate Expo (OREX) 2026 was motivated by the expo’s growing importance as Oman’s leading platform dedicated specifically to real estate, urban development, and investment.
Building on our positive experience at OREX 2025, we saw 2026 as a strategic opportunity to strengthen our market presence, engage with developers, investors, master planners, and government stakeholders, and align our offerings with Oman’s evolving real estate and urban development agenda, particularly in the context of long-term national growth strategies.

How would you describe your overall experience as an exhibitor at the event?
Our overall experience at OREX 2026 has been positive. The visitor profile was strong, with a clear presence of decision-makers, investors, and senior professionals rather than purely general footfall.
The event was well organised, professionally curated, and supported by relevant conference content, which encouraged informed discussions around investment, development feasibility, and market trends. We experienced high-quality engagement at our stand, leading to meaningful conversations, new opportunities, and follow-up prospects beyond the exhibition itself.

Was this your first time exhibiting at OREX, or have you participated in previous editions? If so, what differences did you notice this year?
OREX 2026 was not our first participation; we also exhibited in the previous edition. Compared to earlier years, we observed a clear evolution in both the scale and maturity of the event. This year, there was a noticeable increase in the number of, master developers, and mixed-use project promoters, along with more structured project presentations.

What key trends, opportunities, or innovations in Oman’s real estate and urban development sector did you observe during OREX?
Mixed-use and destination-led developments – Strong focus on integrated communities combining residential, hospitality, retail, and public realm.
Tourism and lifestyle real estate – Growing emphasis on wellness, second homes, branded residences, and resort-linked developments.
Sustainability and long-term value – Increased attention to sustainable design, climate-responsive planning, and lifecycle value rather than short-term returns.
Phased and demand-driven development – Developers showing greater discipline in phasing, absorption planning, and risk management.
Alignment with national vision – Clear linkage between real estate projects and broader objectives under Oman Vision 2040, particularly in urban regeneration, tourism growth, and private-sector investment.
